  1. Excellent Leanne, have a wonderful book tour, I wish I could come & meet you at one of the events but France is a little too far away! I’m totally adding both books to my Christmas wishlist. Lisa x

Yarnbombing really needs to hit the east coast – most of the conservatives around here (myself included) need a little heartwarming beauty on the donkeys and elephants around DC. ;-) It’s too easy for folks to see these examples on the west coast and think “hippie freaks” and brush you all off. But I think you’re doing something important with the message of spreading not only beauty but creation and construction.

Aw. I’d love to keep on traveling but work/life, etc…calls! Maybe I’ll make it to Kentucky in the future.

  11. leanne says:

Rachael, time to start yarn bombing on the East Coast. I do see East Coast yarn bombing (mostly Miami and New York) once in a while, but really I get more emails from the mid-West and the prairies. It all begins with one stitch…

  12. leanne says:

Catherine, I’m working on trying to get to Montreal for a talk in 2012. It all depends on travel grants. Fingers crossed!
