		<description>Thanks Amy,

Yes, if you are just learning how to crochet - a pom pom can be a great way to start. I love how Elvis&#039; pompoms use really unique colour combinations. The blue and green ones look like a fuzzy planet earth to me!

<description>Hi. My friend just sent me the yarnbombing link, I think this is awesome!
I am a recently self taught crocheter so I might start with the odd pompom here and there. This is very cute and very sneaky. Most pleasing.

		<description>Hi DTagr,

We share your concerns - and we should be more specific with our wording! What we meant by a stop sign cozy is a cover for the pole, not the sign. In our book, Yarn Bombing, we have a section reminding taggers to be mindful of safety concerns - obscuring a sign is never something we would recommend.

Thanks for your comment and the encouragement!

<description>Thank you for bringing this bizarre art form to my attention. I thought I had seen it all in the graffiti world... until today. I commend you for your non-destructive creativity and hope you are able to find acceptance in our society.

A recent article (linked in my blog) mentions the use of &quot;covers for stop signs&quot;. I would suggest developing a code of ethics for your movement about which targets are acceptable. Stop signs actually save lives their absence may harm life.

Enjoy your movement!
