Crochet Capers in Chilliwack

busstopfull

We were recently contacted by Chilliwack crocheter Deedee, who was inspired to start her own yarn bombing crew after reading the recent article in the Vancouver Sun.

It sounds like she and her friends had a lot of fun! You can read about their adventures here.

Deedee shares a great tip in her blog post: she packed a bunch of yarn needles, pre-threaded with yarn, in a plastic container with her tags. She says:
I figured it wouldn’t do for me to stand there like a fruit-loop, trying to thread a dozen needles in the freezing cold while losing valuble time!

I’m looking forward to reading about the next Crochet Capers excursion!
