If you are a knit or crochet graffiti artist, and would like to tell us about your experiences, drop Leanne a line via the contact form below. Due to the volume of submissions we receive, we are unable to respond to every email that comes our way, though we try to respond whenever possible.

YARN BOMBERS – I’m working on getting both flickr pages and a tumblr account set up to make submissions easier. In the meantime, upload your images below. Please don’t forget to tell me where the yarn bomb is, the name of the tagger who put it up, the photographer who took the photo, and a website to link back to.

PRESS INQUIRIES – We try to answer press questions and refer journalists to sources that will help them with their stories. Please state in your deadlines in your communication.

STUDENT JOURNALISTS AND THESIS RESEARCHERS – Due to the number of questions that we get from student writers (thesis, documentaries, and journalism), we are in the process of writing an FAQ. Many of the answers to the questions that we are commonly asked can be found in our book Yarn Bombing: The Art of Crochet and Knit Graffiti. While we try to assist with school projects when we can, we do hear from many students and we are not able to help everyone.

Good Morning,

we would love to come and see the yarn bombing this coming weekend in Vancouver…where will you be “bombing?” :)

Hi Syd,

My personal yarn bombing efforts will be a bit more modest this year as I’m going to be blogging images all day and also attending a MakerFaire meeting at the PNE. If I get any alerts of where the action will be, I’ll put it up on Facebook and Twitter. Cheers!

Hello everyone,

today I created a little blog entry about an amazing yarn bombing project in my hometown Basel. Please have a look at it and feel free to use my pictures (with credit), if you like them. :)
