To celebrate International Yarn Bombing Day, our publisher Arsenal Pulp Press has kindly donated two of their most popular books for a giveaway. Leave me a comment and be entered to win a random drawing for either the vegan classic How It All Vegan or the facial hair masterpiece One Thousand Beards. First winner will get their choice, second winner will be happy because they are both cool books!
To win, leave me a comment on this post telling me about your favourite yarn bomb and include a link to a photo of it. I’ll pick two names at random. The drawing will take place on Tuesday, June 12th, 7pm Pacific Standard Time. I’ll announce winners on the blog that evening.

I had never heard of yarn bombing until my friend Judy who does letterboxing, found a note on her letterbox website about this!! Yowza!
Loved the pix of the bombed bike and tree! Very awesome! Thank you so much for sharing this.
I love knitting – world yarn domination woohoo!
I know Sarah Kramer! She’s wonderful and I would love to have her book. Arsenal pulp press does the most life changing books I have ever read.
My favorite yarnbomb that I have seen is probably this snake bike rack cover (http://bit.ly/LPlAOZ). It’s a really wonderful photo as well as an amazing idea for a yarnbomb.
And my favorite yarnbomb that I have done is probably my dock ring (http://bit.ly/LfOIOx), because it was the first yarnbomb I did that was directly out of the book that got me started in the first place, your book!
I’m interested in easy pattern like the above that is fun and fresh
Spencer, you are pick #1 and Franci, you are pick #2. I’ll contact you both for your addresses via email.
Yay!!! I can barely contain my excitement!!! This is awesome!!
Love yarn bombing. Our group just did DIIP at our library and bombed it. Planning for next year. Would love to know how to do the books.
Hey Leanne,
I tried emailing you about the book, but there was no response. I haven’t heard from you about the book yet, but I am super looking forward to it. Thanks again.
Spencer

The monster feet can be knitted on my knitting machine with ease so you can make a million.
See blog post mentioning “yarn bombing the castle” in rural lancashire, if you haven’t come across it. Love the link between yarn bombing and the very present need to bolster the wool industry here.
